李勇，东北大学公共管理（土地资源管理方向）在读博士研究生，导师王玉波教授。拥有土地资源管理、地理学、土壤学与遥感等多元学科背景，曾在黑龙江大学获公共管理硕士学位，并于中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所联合培养、从事农业遥感科研工作。
研究聚焦城市土地供应与城市更新、黑土区耕地质量与土壤有机质的空间识别，综合运用宗地大数据、遥感与空间统计方法开展多尺度分析。以第一/通讯作者发表 SCI/SSCI 论文多篇。

城市更新替代土地财政的城市发展动能转换机理、效应及提升路径。协助基金申报书材料撰写，负责文献调研、数据搜集整理、空间数据处理与统计分析。
国家重点研发计划 · 黑土粮仓三江示范区
"黑土地耕地质量多尺度天空地立体监测技术与预警系统"、第三次全国土壤普查（友谊农场）。参与样本采样与中期报告撰写；多次带队完成东北三省及内蒙古大范围土样采集（累计 181 袋）与农田受灾调研。
